I'm back! I have made a commitment to blog at least twice a month instead of just once. I was so inspired by my friend Amanda when she said she makes the effort to blog so that her baby girl can see it when she is older. This blog can become a really special treasure when she's growing up so quickly. I just want to blog every milestone, feeling, movement, craving, and doctor's visit. Let's get started!
Where to start so many things have happened since September 21, 2011. I went to another OB doctor's visit on October 4, 2011. I was so excited to see my baby girl through ultra sound but when I got there I wasn't put in the ultra sound room. I have been so spoiled seeing her every time I have a Doctor's visit. This time Dr. Valenzuela was interested in my well being and the babies heart beat. Her heart beat seems to be around 156 bpm. I decided to rent a heart doppler to have the peace of mind right at my finger tips. I can check my baby girls heart beat any time I'd like. I am still trying to get used to the fact that I am growing a beautiful baby girl in my belly. It just amazes me every time I think about all that is going on in my body, absolutely amazing! At this last Doctors appointment my due date was moved to March 4, 2012 and Doctor confirmed that my delivery would be via c-section. She feels it would be to dangerous to do a VBAC so soon. I am know 19 weeeks since my due date was moved. I am almost half way done with this pregnancy! I can not believe how fast time has passed. I feel like I just found out I was pregnant. Im enjoying every moment with my growing baby girl. I have already started feeling like a protective Momma bear with her cub. I can't describe how intense my feeling is but it is real. I want the best environment to surround my little blessing all the days of her life. I have made so many changes and feel like this pregnancy has opened my eyes to so many new possibilities. I make sure every decision (small or large) I make is going to make our lives healthier, and better for the future. I feel like a mother already making choices that will benefit her future. This little girl is a blessing and she will have the best life we could possibly give her. I get emotional just thinking that I have an opportunity to be in this position. I am beyond thankful to be so blessed! I have enjoyed every minute, especially feeling her wiggle. I have begun to find a pttern in her movements or things that trigger her movements. Any liquid that is extremely cold makes her wiggle and very warm food makes her wiggle. She moves in the morning as soon as my alarm goes off, guess she's waking up for her day too. She also moves around 10am and then I notice big movements when I get into bed and lay on my left side. I feel as though someone else can feel her outside my belly. My next Perinatal appointment is on October 26, 2011 and Im so excited to see how much she has grown! Our baby girl has a definite first name already......VICTORIA! I have a middle name but want to make sure it will be it before it is public all I know is that it will start with a "J". Her initials will be VJM just like her momma :). Last but not least I have to mention this little girls closet, it will be loaded by the time she is born. Not to mention all the bows and headbands she's collecting thanks to Auntie Danielle. I really need to get my camera going so you can see what I am talking about. I 'm excited to blog more often about more exciting news!
Love Vanessa xoxo
Love to hear the updates! I can't wait for our little ones to run around together and the stories I can tell Victoria about her daddy!! PRICELESS! =) Love to all 3 of you.
