Daddy side note :)

****Daddy wants to add that he is very excited and can't wait to hold his daughter Victoria!

The Big Day Is Tomorrow!!!!!!

Well well well where do I began to explain my feelings about tomorrow.  "Tomorrow" is the beginning of the rest of our lives as Mom and Dad!  On March 5, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. I am scheduled to have a cesarean section at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland.  I am elated that after 39 weeks of patiently waiting we will finally get to meet our sweet little miracle.  Victoria will be entering our world!!!  We are excited to say the least.  We spent most of the weekend getting ready for her arrival into her new home.  We also spent a lot of time sharing of hopes, dreams, and goals for our little girl.  I have to admit the thought of being parents to Victoria still seems like a dream.  We are so grateful to have the opportunity to be her parents.  Let me just say we are prepared to try our best to be the best parents we can possibly be and to give her the best life she could possible have.  We are so anxious to get this Birth- Day party started.  As I sit here and type I wonder who will she look like, how much will she weigh, how long will she be, and the list of curiosity goes on and on....
The next post I will be typing will have answers to all of my curious questions and I will be so excited to share every detail here!  Closing this post with ALL OF MY LOVE to our sweet little miracle Victoria.  We can not wait to meet you, hold you and love you!  You are a very very special girl, and you will always be my baby!!!
Love your Momma

Nursery Glimpse before and after

I wanted to share a little glimpse of Victoria's nursery.  I have before and after pictures.  The before pictures were the start of our Precious Angel Jolie's room.  We decided to switch up the color scheme a little and of course added lots of pretty touches.  Trust me there is still a lot of work to do in the nursery but we are ready to welcome our baby girl Victoria to her room never the less.

Mommy hand made this especially for Victoria!

This is a special piece of furniture this belonged to Grandpa Joe when he was a child.

Daddy worked so hard to get the room painted perfectly! He spent so much attention to detail in every corner and put his heart and love into each brush stroke,  I have to add, the splash of lavender in the closet was all daddy's idea, he really loves the color lavender in the nursery.  Know you will see the before photos of the nursery...Let's just say Daddy is a rock star!
